 If you’re new to TruHarmony Yoga, please take time to complete an online profile before arriving to the studio. This will allow you to begin registering for the class or classes you’re interested in attending.

Bring a bottle of water, towel and mat if you have one. If you don’t have your own mat we have all of these items to rent or purchase. Wear comfortable exercise clothing that you can sweat in! Our studio is Heated and Humid!
Hot Flow, Heated Vinyasa Flow and Yoga Sculpt/Bootcamp are practiced in a heated studio to help purify the body be releasing unwanted toxins through sweat. It stimulates blood flow through your body, which allows organs and tissues to
regenerate-this also assists in warming up the muscles to allow you get deeper into posses.
Vinyasa, a sanskrit word, literally translates as, “to set in a special way or with intention.” TruHarmony offers many different styles of vinyasa, including Baron Baptiste’s Power Vinyasa Flow. Hot Vinyasa Flow 90 encourages students to take
risks, exceed their own expectations, practice at their personal edge of sukha/stira, or effort and grace, and to be true to their own practice, allowing internal or external judgment to fall away.
We offer a variety of group yoga classes seven days a week, as well as the option for
private instruction. Our Chicago yoga classes are highly influenced by the Baptiste Power Vinyasa Yoga methodology, focusing on energetic and integrated combinations of rigorous vinyasa, pranayama, and contemporary yogic principles. The studio’s boutique feel and focus on community create an atmosphere of support and safety, while at the same time pushing you to your best with rigorous and fun classes.
Once the class begins, the doors will be locked. The studio will open 30 minutes before the class begins. If you are a new student, please try to arrive 20 minutes before class to fill out a registration form.
Class packages are non-refundable and good for 90 days. Auto-renewal plans save and make yoga classes more convenient. ($30.00 termination fee if canceled under 12 months)
Please consult your Doctor before coming to yoga-we have many expectant mothers
take class and we do offer Pre-Natal/Post-Natal.
